TIM HOGAN

Tim developed a passion for running and fitness during his early primary years right through to high school where he focused on middle and long distance events, competing in major events as well as club competitions and at state level. During these years he regularly trained at Oatley Park under the guidance of Jim Owens. 

 

Tim has continued to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle, developing new fitness goals in the strength and condition area. Having always enjoyed sharing his love of health and fitness he now helps others achieve their own fitness goals and work towards living healthier lifestyles.

JIM OWENS

Jim was 17 when he first represented Scotland at youth level in the British Cross Country Championships, and has enjoyed success winning many fun runs and state titles from 1500m to the marathon. From an early age Jim showed and innate desire to help other runners and has now gone on to pass his passion and knowledge on.

 

He is a Level 4, accredited Athletics Coach with Athletics Australia and has been coaching for the last 14 years, looking after a wide range of runners from beginners right through to the elite, enjoying sharing many successes with them along the way.
